The Hurricane Super 40 delivers up to around 750 hp. Each turbo comes with a CNC-machined billet compressor wheel made for motorsport use. It gives faster response, higher efficiency and better durability compared to standard cast wheels. Every unit is VSR-balanced for maximum reliability and longer service life at high boost levels.

VSR-balancing vs. standard factory balancing

• Standard balancing: Compressor and turbine are balanced separately at low speed (about 5,000–10,000 rpm). No fine-tuning after assembly.
• VSR-balancing: The complete turbo is tested under oil pressure at up to 100,000–250,000 rpm. It is adjusted in real time for perfect balance under real operating conditions.
